Once your order is placed, our team will review and prepare it for delivery.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders may be delayed if:
- The phone number is incorrect
- The delivery address is incomplete
- The customer does not answer confirmation calls or messages
- The product is temporarily unavailable
- There is a high volume of orders
- Delivery is affected by holidays, weather, courier delays, or other external issues
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within:
1–2 working days across the UAE
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, order volume, and public holidays.
Remote areas may take longer than usual.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s area, city, and courier service coverage.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery fees may vary depending on location, offer, order value, or delivery method.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and locations.
Customers choosing Cash on Delivery must provide accurate contact details and be available to receive the order.
If a customer refuses delivery, does not answer calls, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be cancelled.
Repeated failed or refused deliveries may result in future Cash on Delivery orders being declined or requiring prepaid payment.
6. Order Confirmation
To avoid fake orders, wrong deliveries, or delays, our team may contact you before shipping your order.
Your order may not be dispatched until confirmation is completed.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing the order.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may contact you before or during delivery.
If the courier cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
Customers are responsible for answering calls and messages from the courier or our support team.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Orlisse is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you entered the wrong address or phone number, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, changes may not always be possible.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
10. Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volume, customs issues if applicable, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orlisse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies, but we will do our best to assist you.
